How to approach copyright infringement internationally

Does anybody have any experience with this? I've sent my share of C&D letters to US-based hosts but never any international ones.. do our copyright laws apply to them or would I be wasting my time?

My site:
http://www.tgpfactory.com/

Infringing site:
http://www.tgpsmith.com/

Thoughts?

you can try to look at who the sponsors are and ask them to put pressure on the offending site.

I don't get it? I looked at the two sites?
Similar product for sale?
Do you have "TGP" trademarked?

Of course I don't

If you actually read the text on the two sites you will notice that the second (tgpsmith.com) stole the full text of my web site and changed each instance of my business name to his.

Even the font style and sizes are identical, and the "Contact" page paragraph is identical to mine ;)

Yeah I know it probably gets on your nerves.
Well really the only way is to send a letter. However if the guy is out of the country your chances are less then zero. Infact I do believe that the supreme court just gave a ruling that you can't sue international websites for copyright infringement in the USA.
