car junkies

what would cause this

When i turn my turn signal right when my brights are on - the brights turn all the way off but the turn signal still works

all the other lights work fine
left works fine with brights and dems
and right works fien with dems but not bright

this car is brand new aswell grrr

that's really odd. my first thought would be a bad fuse, but if the brights (high beams?) come back on afterwards that's probably not it.

could be a bad ground or a loose wire somewhere. electrical problems are notoriously tricky to diagnose.

if it's brand new it should have a warranty right? take it back to the dealer and let them deal with it.

Electrical problems are a nightmare. Return the car if you can.

We picked up a piece of crap 2006 Grand Cherokee laredo and the thing stalls when you decelerate below about 3 mph while turning left.

NEVER AGAIN.

easy - you have a bad switch in the wheel - the cam is either loose or the worn down so when you flip the signal, it releases the highs

you have a bad stick...see a doctor.
