i dunno what the title has to do with that quote, but the title is a damn good book, and i think everyone in business, or that has to deal with people on a daily basis should read it

Written by Dale Carnegie something like 90 years ago, today the principles it teaches are still pure gold. Don't let the corny title fool you, "How to Win friends and influence people" is as powerful a business tool today as it was back when it was written.
