I'm trying it out, doesn't seem to be having any ill effects. As far as benefits, it's a bit too soon to tell. I just like plugins though. :p

All starts out well, helps you get spidered fast and what not, BUT I had a serious drop in traffic for several days, removed the plugin, and now am at 2x as much google traffic. I may be wrong, as I can only state what I have seen

I have it, and it works fine. If you are adding a billion new pages a day, it is going to fuck you. If you are just updating on a regular basis, gogle actually wants to know. Thats part of thier ranking system
