that is a good question. there are a few different thoughts on the topic and some of the different schools are completely opposite. i like to equate it to the fact that i smoke cigarettes. i know that smoking is not good for you, it will kill you faster than anything else. it makes you smell bad, it stains your teeth and fingers, it is expensive. it will take days off the amazing life that i get to live. i have made resolution after resolution to quit smoking. i am going to do it on my birthday, i am going to do it new years day, i am going to only smoke this pack and then i am done. maybe i will take a trip and quit while i am gone. well i will quit when i get back from this trip. i am tired of having to go outside to smoke. i think about how many cigarettes in a day that i will smoke and try to cut back from there. there was only one time that i tried to quit, and that was only for about a day. i love to smoke. i love it. until i am ready to stop, until i am totally ready to quit, i know that there is not even a reason for me to try. i still entertain the idea quite a bit, but i still smoke. the first thing that i know, is that you have to be abstinence. moderation really does not work. 33.
