Read book from American Jew, Thomas L. Friedman, "From Beirut To Jerusalem" (he has got Pulier price for it).
He is only one of the few people nowadays, who has great understanding about conflicts on the midle east. Its not about Isreal is right or Hezbollah is right, the book is about guilty of both sides.
Read it and you will fully understand the situation there.

His opinion, as Jew living in Beirut during Civil War and during Israelian invasion in Lebanon and in Israel during first Intifada, in summary was that its another continuation of Tribal War, where nobody is innocent or any part is right (if you look at it by western type of Law). Simply becuase none is able to find out, who started to kill first. If we would like to locate who started this conflict at first, we can easily go to previous century and so on....
Remember the current conflict its not about killing some Isrealian soldiers, its another continuation of Tribal War where one party kill people because they killed their people....but who started this at first, none is able to tell.
