I'm looking at it right now and was wondering if anyone else has had experience or feedback on this company/solution?

I do consulting for a medical company who uses salesforce.com they are alright they wanted to integrate with their JDE/People soft servers to do things "correctly" and integrate with the salesforce.com site, we put a stop to their ideas real fast on how much of a bad idea it is to do that.

But all in all they seem to really like sales force.

salesforce only works if your sales people use it...lol....which is the hardest part of any implementation of this type.

Yeah I totally agree with you Brent. We're also looking at Microsoft Dynamic CRM but Salesforce.com seems to be a better fit for us.
