Considering the girl will work maybe 20-30 hours a week max I would check your numbers again. Plenty of girls have started sites with webmaster's who pay them a lot less so ask all those girls if $100k in one year sounds ok to them???

They also got a new car to drive and a free apartment/house!

Val is driving a 2014 Toyota Camry fully loaded and lives in a nice little house of her own that the company pays for and she will make close to $100k in her first year. She gets 25% of what her site makes and each year she stays with the company it goes up by 5%. She gets 50% of all the money she makes from bachelor parties, appearances, promotional work and cam sites. So in a few years she will be a 50/50 partner.

We are also opening up a strip club together in Nebraska and we are going in as 50/50 partners on that as well. It's so nice to have my first real working model. Adri and Jacky were very lazy and thought they should be making a million dollars their first year so they quit. They also didn't work very hard! Val Midwest is the first model I have ever worked with that I sometimes can't keep up with.
