I need some help - GoFuckYourself.com

I have been trying to fix this fucker for hours. on the machine in question I am running XP home (the machine is a week old) and today it started opening up the "search results" window and won't allow me to close it! then when I click on the start programs button it opens another search window.

where you select what type of search you want it just keeps flashing. I have run spybot and nortons and adaware and rebooted and still it persists!

I wld apppreciate any help - thanks!
