I have to cut about 80 new videos, mainly nylon stuff and hell it's a boring job, so please entertain me :D

Nope, it's just to find the beginning and the end of the scene and then you have to wait for 2 to 3 minutes before it's done

no fixed timings? other you could just cut them up with avi splitter or so

I guess every scene is a different length right

true, and yes I use the splitter - it's the easiest tool I have found
