Sexsearch is second in adult dating and will probably be at least equal in the near future when it comes to revenue. They are a very viable and persistent threat to AFF. They are eating away at their market share - very effectively.

There really is no accurate top 20 list for adult dating and most all dating sites have an element of "adult" to them - notable exceptions are the religiously based ones.

I think there are probably only a handful of movers and shakers of note in adult dating. It's hard to get an independant clear picture of market share. I used to think alexa was a good tool, but it seems such a small percentage of surfers actually have the toolbar installed, and in addition looking at some sites I've noticed their average page views per unique visit are like 1 or 1.5 and for example ours on average is 9 - 12 page views per unique. So I've got to assume the system is easily manipulated.

My advice is to check the sites out, compare what they offer both through their affiliate programs and what they offer to their members. Work with the program's affiliate reps and see what works for your traffic.
