:mad Fuck Ebay!!!!

Getting sick and tierd of this shit!

This is like the third time in a row, I won and item, paid for it right away, and then nothing, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks etc, I email the seller no response, finally I open a dispute, then the seller finally responds, "I was out of the country" blah blah blah!

Listen Fuckhead! if your gonna sell on Ebay, and take money be ready to ship the fucking Item! 6 fucking weeks out of the country???WTF

Ebay does nothing to come down on these sellers, and the worst part is if you leave a neg feedback on the seller, they just do the same to you.

Anyone had similar issues, this is like the 4th time for me.

My wifes sells on ebay and I know if you contact ebay they will get your money back. I know when you buy something you want it now... no 3 weeks later..
The best you can do against a seller on ebay is a negative feedback.. Buyers are not much important about the feed back but for sellers is really important..
And also if he left you negative feed back you can reply on that feed back explaining what happened.

Good luck!

Always pay with PayPal, that way you dispute it with them and they get your money back.

As far as the neg. feedback, this happened to me. Fucking whore got mad because I left her neg. so she did it to me (only neg I have on my acct of 6 yrs)

I researched on EBay and you can dispute it with them and get it removed, but it costs like 20 bucks.... fucking bullshit.... I just left it on there since the comment was childish and its the only negative anyway.

Probably my fault! I should never do business with anyone who has neg feedback!

This is true! But I do sell on occasion myself, so I worry about the malicious response neg feedback

Wait 90 days before leaving negative feedback. Your feedback is more likely to be buried under new feedback and thus less likely to result in a retaliatory negative.

Ya I have - it's lame - the retaliating feedback should be withdrawn because it negative affects the community - how can you be honest if you have to fear about your ranking.

Oh, I have a better one for ya: If you leave a negative for a seller and they open a dispute with "SquareTrade", you HAVE to respond to thier dispute otherwise the negative feedback is removed from the seller's record alltogether. I refused to sign up with ST because I didnt like thier TOS, so the feedback I left for the seller didnt stick.

eBay is a fucking joke anymore. Another company that could use some competition.

Alot of the so-called "PowerSellers" are the worst of all of them. They violate rules right and left and do shady shit and eBay lets them because eBay makes tons of fees off them.

I hate ebay wih a passion yet I do nothing about it. I still use them. There policies are horrible, instead of helping they simply delete the auction and act like it never happened so the buyer/seller is stuck getting screwed and then you have no proof because they deleted the auction. Fucking losers.

I have never had one bad experience with eBay, worst thing that happened to me is that I got 1 neutral feedback because although I mailed out the item next day got backed up in the mail and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive at destination

Yeah - no more E-Bay for me! I paid for an item - a month later I still hadnt gotten it..... 20 e-mails later the ass hat says it was delivered.... when I was in Miami... disputed and Pay Pal sides with him. Lets see if Pay Pal likes getting a credit card dispute.....Only $30.00 but its the principle.
