![]() I am on a crusade to start a new procedure regarding the etiquette at parties.
You go to these fucking family functions, parties, or worse weddings, etc. and you cannot get out. You spend more time saying goodbye to everyone than you did at the party. God forbid Aunt Fanny's feelings are hurt because you didn't say goodbye, the world might end. It drives me nuts. So, I want everyone to put up a small "goodbye whiteboard" by their door. Like the stupid fucking white cardboard thing they put at birthday parties so you can write a message to the person who's birthday it is (I always write "Your mom has a nice rack" or something like that, they don't know who it was). Under my rule, when you go to leave, just write a little goodbye message on the board. mission accomplished! You can now just walk out and not be bothered. Everyone can see who is gone by a quick check of the board if they happen to be looking for you, and all is good. Who's with me? |
