Do you enjoy paying your Federal Income Tax? Even though...

there is NO LAW that requires you to do so?

16th amendment is your law. Which states (personal) income cannot be taxed.

If you ever get hounded by the IRS because of a personal audit or for not doing your 1094, ask them to show you the LAW the requires you to pay income tax. They will show nothing because there is no such thing.

Corporate tax is another story. Income tax people have paid goes to the federal reserve, which is not even a real 'government' entity. Simply a private company that prints our money.

The 16th Amendment states:

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. "

Arguments against the 16th amendment have been shot down time and time again in courts. Go ahead and ask them to show you the law, they'll laugh in your face and haul you off for tax evasion.

The 16th amendment was 'supposedly' ratified in 1913 (the income tax act) so that 'income' can be defined as wages. This was not a legal ratififcation, and in 1916 the Supreme Court ruled in Brushaber that wages are NOT income within the meaning of the 16th Amendment.

Actually, it was legal according to the Supreme Court on every case that has been brought to it in regards to it. You can look them up:

Sisk v. Commissioner
Ficalora v. Commissioner
United States v. Sitka
United States v. Stahl
Brown v. Commissioner
Lysiak v. Commissioner
Miller v. United States

As for Brushaber, he lost his case and his case is used as an example of why an income tax is constitutional. You are completely, 100%, wrong. Read the case, read the constitution, don't get your information from some video on YouTube that some 19 year old put together.

These are usually people who are actually there for tax evasion, which is nothing more than purgery.. They lied on a federal document that they chose to sign..

Kinda like Martha Stewart's deal..

But.. Many of those are sitting there because the gov't has all the money in the world to fight tax cases, so they have the advantage whether they're right or not..

Yes people, you can not pay your taxes, that IS legal.. HOWEVER, you have to do MANY things to get this to happen. One is set yourself up as a natural person and learn EXACTLY what to do and what to to the IRS. And yes, MANY people have gotten out of paying taxes..

The simple trick is, the tax code puts YOU into a CORPORATION class rather than a person, they can't tax a person, but they can tax a corp..
IE: YOUR LAST NAME, FIRSTNAME, SSN, is your CORP name & ID.

Don't get this confused with personal taxes and business taxes. If you own a business in the United States, then you are a corp doing business within the US corp, so you must pay taxes.

This is the very basic of it, if you have already paid taxes then I suggest you keep paying them. You must know exactly what you are doing and exactly what to say or they will own your ass. A few 100 people have won by saying the correct things... however a few 1000 have lost by saying the wrong thing.

Pay highest rate, 58 % here, and there's no way around it, except the costs (or company investments) and retirement savings ... or make less

Additionally, we have 25% VAT

So, just wondering, what happens to the US if income taxes weren't collected?

And, if nothing bad, I'd be willing to give what's taken out for taxes from my income for a couple of years to the person who gets it so I don't have to pay taxes again. Well... I'd like to hear what would happen to the country first, if people didn't pay income tax.

The Supreme Court only handles constitutional issues. Again, read through these cases:

Sisk v. Commissioner
Ficalora v. Commissioner
United States v. Sitka
United States v. Stahl
Brown v. Commissioner
Lysiak v. Commissioner
Miller v. United States

They are the standards for determining taxing citizens is constitutional. You can argue it all you want, but the Supreme Court has said that you are wrong. In the end, the Supreme Court has a little more say on our constitutionality of our tax laws than you do.

They would tax businesses much more who would in turn pass the costs on to you. One way or another, you're going to end up paying for it.

And another thing. If there was a way to get out of paying taxes, someone would be doing it. You have guys paying millions of dollars a year in taxes, and I'm sure if there was a way to legally fight it, and win, they would do it.

If you don't pay your taxes, they'll get you eventually. If you don't believe it is constitutional, take it to court, and lose like everyone who has done so before you.

Seriously people, YouTube is not the source for your tax law information.

sure, taxing us is constitutional when we go pay for food, gas, clothing, housing, transportation, blah blah. But on the money WE earned? WTF. Thats fucking with the 13th amendment, because im involuntarily working for our goverment. Instead of them giving me money, they are taking it. lol.
