sitting on exercise ball!
some guy here I think it was Batts said he chucked his chair out and started using an exercise ball for a seat! I thought I might give it a go so I got one this mornig and its well cool!
I dunno if its helping my back but its making me happy sitting on this bouncing ball its like being on a space hopper i might even start being nice to people again |
