Need help and suggestions - GoFuckYourself.com

Ok I have a site ( http://www.pinays.com ) that has been running for over 2 years, with decent traffic with a good amount of search engine traffic, plenty of content and it's often updated. And it's NOT making any real money.

I started the site off as a lingerie and implide nudity site the first year, added topless this year and didn't really see a difference in sales. I plan to go fully nude with the site soon with models who are willing to do so.

Any suggestions or comments on what I'm doing wrong?
How can I get more affiliates promoting the site?
What's a decent percentage that makes webmasters happy?
Is my site not designed a specific way to obtain more sales?

Your help or suggestions is appreciated.
