Is there any niche for people with wooden legs, blind, in wheelchair, or otherwise physically handicapped. Or is this just too politically incorrect to do.

I think a girl with a wooden leg would be pretty hot (I.E. the chick in duece bigalow)

Maybe one of those pirate eye patch's?

And if there is a niche...anyone have this kind of content, or any sponsors for it?

It's a very small market you are trying to get into, but there is a market for it.

Do a search for amputee devotee and see what sort of stuff you get

If you want content to build a site, you might ask a content provider. I'm sure they would do a custom shoot for you using a wheelchair, patched eye, cast, etc.
