Umm if I think he is thinking that if epass is used by gambling places, and the connection is made. Banks and US visa/mastercards could begin to stop allowing its service.

Supposedly Visa companies have already started to block ePassporte loading because it's related to gambling.. I have nothing to back this up, but it's been posted on GFY quite a bit. Hoping it turns out well for ePass, they have enough struggles of their own without help from outside.
