For all those that laughed at my 'a' key issues...
you are right, glue did not work to hold the key on....
the repair shop fixed the 'a' key then it broke again 2 hours later.... so while I'm waiting for Dell to answer me.... I put a Dora bandaid on it and , how about that, it works!
