starting to sit cross legged on my exercise ball now!
about a week since I got a ball instead of a cahri on and I am starting to practice sitting cross legged on it!
uh.. do these things ever burst ? |

not if its a good one, people lay on them and do bench presses with dumbells so they can hold a lot of weight
