How do you want your videos delivered ?
I'm working on a new project right now, which will feature a shitload of video content. Deciding between several video formats, so please tell me whats the best video format for you ? Is it mpeg-1, mpeg-2, wmv ? Which is the one that is most convenient for you, easiest for you to edit and reencode (if necessary) for your sites ?

WMV content, but high quality as in a 1500k bitrate or better with quality/smoothness set on high if you have those settings. movies to be sized at either 640x480 or 720x480, whichever is appropriate.
at that size/speed, webmasters can have good quality content for their paysites. i used to go nuts dealing with companies that sold their videos at a whopping 320x240 - you can't stay competitive that way.

wmv 640x480, however I would prefer to receive the content in several bitrates to eliminate the reencoding process...
