They were looking for drugs and searched his truck without permission, they did not find any drugs.

they are not cops. they dont have to follow same procedures as police.. and you don't have the same rights as you would if an officer was arresting/detaining you. its easier for these guys to go grab someone than it is for police because they dont need warrants, they can lie and say anything they want and can basically do almost anything. welcome to life. its been going on for centuries.

Is it so wrong to think that maybe these people should have some fucking laws binding them like real police do? Shit why be a policeman with all the hassles they have when you can just chase down criminals and do whatever you want to them.
