2257 and adult sites...
Hi everyone I have a couple questions. I'm thinking about starting a site like adultfriendfinder or eroticy, however i'm wondering what types of problems I might incur with USC 2257. How do companies get around that law, and allow people to upload their naked pictures online without their license and whatever other information is necessary for 2257? Would you recommend me not getting involved in this type of business?
Thanks, Brian |

It depends on where you are located.
Short answer you need an attorney that is well versed in adult law before you start, and not recomondations here.
