Textbill payment fraud

Hello,

I am owner of BlackPantherNails.com, my billing Textbill fraud me. I am waiting money from 27th Septemer.
Not send money me, not responses by phone, by mails, by live support.

You need put textbill invoices they not pay for you debtcollecting agency in UK
or sue them on fraud in UK Court. You can also ask your customers file chargebacks against textbill...

Hi, Guys, TextBill frozen me more than 3000.0US$. I am still waiting for them to pay me . I sent a lot of emails, and still waiting for their reponse. They have not done what they promised in the agreement. They have so called live support, customer service, etc, but no one know what these guys are doing.

:mad TextBill - What a joke

I have been conned out of over £2000 by these scheming, lying b*stards. I was told over and over by the CEO - Mr Sean O'Connor, that the money was being paid into my account. I was even told he would "personally ensure" I got my money... then 5 minutes later he told me to go stuff it basically. Nice way to run a business!

I'm taking them to court over this - if anyone else has had a similar experience please get in touch.

Warning to everyone out there - DON'T TRUST TEXTBILL!! They take your money, lie to you repeatedly, and are generally untrustworthy and disgusting.

TextBill is holding me more than 3000US$. Has anybody seen CEO Sean O'Connor of TextBill ? Why is this guy deceiving customers and stealing customers' money?

We, Textbill, signed up with PayAll Now to process credit cards. There account was frozen on the 14th of October and we recieved no monies from them since the beginnig of October. We were on a 2 week payment schedule. We then switched to Instabill who now havent paid us since the 14th of October.

We have ceased processing credit cards. We owe a total of £30,000 to webmasters. We have recieved none of this money.

Now the point I am annoyed about is that we have updated webmasters regularly. And 2 of the vociferous complainers have never filled in their Merchant Agreements.
We also process SMS payments which have been paid out on time as per usual. We tried the credit card payment on a limited basis and it has blown up in my face completely.

I have been to several shows this year and I will be at lots next year. I have nothing to hide and I will not hide.

On the website is our office address and telephone number which we have never hidden. On every email I send and reply to is my cell phone number.

You owe so many people's money, and you have so many excuses!! This is rIdiculous! You run the business of credit card processing, and you are responsible for paying your customers as per the regulations!! Dont's say so many words, just pay your customers! Otherwise, how can you run the business in the future?

Textbill fraudster? Really, I dont think so.

Hi Everyone.

I am a textbill customer, yet to be paid my CC transaction money.

I have seen a lot of posts regarding Textbill, usually accusing Sean Oconnor of being a fraudster/scammer.

I also noticed on a blackpanthernails post, that sean Oconnor would be willing to meet webmasters with a grievance with Textbill.

So.....

Being in london, I went to meet him. This meeting took place at the Landmark Hotel in west london yesterday 13-12-2006.

We spoke openly about the problems texbill encountered with Pay-All-Now and the credit card transaction segment of his business (the sms section of Textbill is not effected). He answered all my questions politly and with reasoned argument.

Accounts and statements were produced to me proving a huge turnover of legitimate SMS transactions throughout Europe (several millions of pounds) This is the main core of Textbill business.

However. The CC money IS frozen until April and IS in legal dispute as I write, with Pay-All-Now. Legal Documentation was produced to confirm this. All monies owed to webmasters will be paid on settlement of the legal dispute. I have been in business long enough to understand this concept, and as i said, documentation was produced to confirm all this.


I found Sean to be intelligent polite and open. The level of transparecy in his business was a shock to me, as he gave information and proof way beyond what was required, and way beyond what I would be prepared to reveal about my business dealings.

I firmly believe Sean Oconnor to be honest in his business and a very genuine and nice guy. I urge anyone to meet him and discuss thier problems with CC payment if they are able.

I am completly satisfied and will continue to use textbill as a processor.
