What do you value your time at, and whether you can have someone pay that much. Aside from that everything is insignificant, if you value your time 20/hour and it takes you 10 hours to do something..ask for 200, if they don't want to pay that much..why would you work for less than your value?
I personally currently value my time at about 300bucks / hour, but then again.. I'm not having that many design customers either.
