I was thinking of promoting some Epic cash sites on xxxstudio.com/splash.html which gets between 13-16,000 unqiues daily, until a guy called JimTheFiend said he worked for them. I only see him on here being an ass, so I'm started wondering what kind of company would hire a guy like this???...

Thus, I'm having second thoughts about even promoting them now that I know he works for them.

Please post your past experience with epic here. thanks.

does how people act on boards really affect how well their program does?

answer no. epic cash is one of the best affiliate programs and people who dont use it because of board drama might aswell chuck money in the sea.

Well public image is very important thing in modern bussiness world,if one person which represent company doing bad things,then people dont want use services of that company.In most cases employee who give bad image to company is immeaditly fired.But even then damage can be big.

I promoted Epiccash for some time on my parked domains, because EpicJim have always been nice to me, I honestly dident give a shit if they shaved the 2-3k hits send them a month or not. I did it out of respect. But since JimtheFake came along and starting mouthing off left and right, I see NO reason whatsoever to to send any click to them. So I replaced the console with a LoveDollars/Juggcash about a month ago. You see the difference.
