Fuckin Banners that play sound need to fuckin' stop!
I thought there was a rule that banners couldn't play audio unless the mouse was over it.
Seems every other banner plays some retarded sound that doesnt stop when I take my mouse off it. Fucking annoying as hell. I can't even listen to music while surfing this site anymore because there is always some stupid east indian music interupting louder then my music or the guy blabbing about The Duke or some other crap.
