PS CS help

I have PS CS and I want to create a action that will put a water mark in the bottom right hand corner in both portrait and landscape pictures, I have heard I need to set the watermark so many pixels or % from the edges of a image, but I have no idea how to do this, can anyone tell me what I am looking for?

Thanks.

Disclaimers:

I already know I can make 2 separate actions, 1 for portrait, 1 for landscape, I would rather do both at once.

I also know other programs can do this; I want to do it in PS CS.

In my knowledge, it cannot be done. I don't understand why you would want to limit your watermarks to one corner. What if that corner is where all the action is? I would suggest making one for each (portrait and lanscape) and opening up the whole folder at once. Then just click the action that is appropriate for each photo. It takes a little longer than batch mode but not too much longer.
