Right now I believe Cams.com is going up to $126/signup. There is a thread here somewhere about it. I don't think anyone is close to that now.

cams.com isn't just pps. The signed up member has to buy time/credit before you get paid.
ARS and Mtree pay for FREE signups, where the member only has to "verify" his account by entering his creditcard details without actual getting charged. The amount/"signup" seem lower but the $/click often turns out to be more with ARS or Mtree.

Uhm... people that sign up now are to late. You needed to send traffic on or before the 20th to be eligible for that promo.
