Can someone tell me what kind of code this is?

this is the home page for one of my members areas. now that i am editing them i need to get something to brush me up on this type of php. specifically the includes. i also notice that they are using <tr> instead of <br> so that is making me go HMNNN too. i know html pretty well but i don't understand everything here. i'm taking mostly about the bracketed stuff and the start link and start content tags, etc. of course i know most of it is html.

thanks

uhm... I'm guessing this is a template and the [tags] get replaced. That can happen in any language I guess. and isn't <tr> just a table row?

[include:header] - that is a template tag, that is not normal html, php or css....that is specifically for whatever cms or software is running, maybe SMARTY
