![]() Hai Folks,
Hundreds of Iraqis flocked to the village where Saddam Hussein was born on Sunday to see the deposed leader buried in a religious compound 24 hours after his execution. Dozens of relatives and others, some of them crying and moaning, attended the interment shortly before dawn in Ouja. A few knelt before his flag-draped grave. A large framed photograph of Saddam was propped up on a chair nearby. ?I condemn the way he was executed and I consider it a crime,? said 45-year-old Salam Hassan al-Nasseri, one of Saddam?s clansmen who attended the interment in the village just outside Tikrit, 80 miles north of Baghdad. Some 2,000 Iraqis traveled to the village as well. |

Saddam really was an OK guy, he just needed a good lawyer to explain to him the Geneva convention a little better. You see, he wasn't aware of the George Bush tricks. All Saddam had to do was have something in his country blown up, just like Bush did, and then declare a war on terrorism, and then make sure that he called his enemies the terrorists. Then he would be free to do whatever he wanted with them, just like Bush.

This is true. And maybe, just maybe he would capture Bush and hang him for war crimes.

How true
![]() He was also a wonderful friend of the US, a noted CIA helper, an effective assassin - killing members of other govts on behalf of the US. He even went to war for the US - Iran and Kuwait - tho the latter never got specific orders, only a nod, and that backfired - but hey, shit happens ![]() Now that Saddam is gone, sadly, the US is left with a loose cannons rolling over the deck (or sand) in Iraq - in the form of an "Iraqi democratic government" who keep needing more money to employ private armies and death squads. But hey... it's not all bad news. The "US Ambassador for Death Squads" (Negroponte) has been in the field in Iraq and established the picture and is now the "Director of National Intelligence", so chances are, he will monitor death squad budgets better - based on his extensive personal experience of death squads and killings in other nations.
