Where Are Custom MSN Emoticons Saved?
Does anyone know where your custom msn emoticons are located / saved? I'm in the process of preparing to format this bad boy...and was wanting to back them up.
Thanks |

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger
In there you'll see loads of numbered folders ... look through them ... look for files called ****.DAT You may need to unhide all system files and extensions ... Then rename them to .GIF etc ... All the system does is name them .DAT so they're hidden. there's your custom files. ![]()
