I have been hesitant to post this here (and I'm going to post it on a few other adult related message board I frequent also) My wife talked me into posting it since I still communicate regulary with some cloose friends in this business even though I'm not as active on the boards or in the biz as I used to be. The following attached pdf flyer is for a benefit being held for my younger brother (34 years old) next Friday and here is a quote from the flyer in case the file doesnt post right:

"Monte is battling ?Ewing?s Sarcoma?, a rare and aggressive form of cancer, which has resulted in two years of intensive chemotherapy at Rush Presbyterian Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, & Oncology Hematology Associates, as well as surgery replacing femur and hip with prosthetics. Unfortunately, this type of cancer defies treatment and tumors continue to grow toward vital organs. The family?s search for life giving treatment continues, looking to University of Chicago and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Monte, Tracy, and sons Dalton (5) and Parker (4) have valiantly fought the battle, but the financial and emotional price has been significant. We ask the community to assist in their time of need and join together to raise funds as well as provide loving support and prayer."

The good news is he was acceppted to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston last week the bad news during recent testing more tumors were found on his skull which have called for imediate radiation therapy here in Peoria,IL. which will last 3 weeks and depending on the outcome of that Texas is on hold.

I know in the past there have been some bogus charity type threads but this is real and if anyone would be interested in contributing to the auction at next weeks benefit it would be much appreaciatted. Of course non adult related stuff. the flyer has contact info and these contacts are my mother and my brothers friends. Here is a list I just recieved from Tracy (my brothers wife) of listed auction items. She said this was what was listed as of 2 weeks ago but they have been overwhelmed by the replies from the racing boards that I have posted to AND OF COURSE MY OLD FRIENDS FROM THIS BIZ so please dont be offended if you do not see your items you have donated listed here its just cause the respose has been overwhellming. Heck I just went to the mailbox after work 10 minuteds a go and there was a package from Jason fegler. It's unreal the support the racing community has given and I hate to go into giving names cause ill leave someone out but the Grants,montgommery's, Sinkhorns, Brandt's the first to reply thanks so much.
