Agreed, even though I rarely care about "antics" either. Unless its something beyond "antics" like buying hookers and blow with the affiliates checking account, recreation items should only be purchased using the newest employees checking account.

I agree with that but only to a certain extent. If a program hires a known thief and scumbag with no knowledge of the industry he's working for, then I question their business values as well as their business ethics/morals.

This, to me, isn't about simple antics. It's not like he got a little drunk and and made a complete ass of himself or made some off-the-cuff remarks about someone else on the forum. Hell, I'm not even all that bothered by his latest "marketing" ploy. What cheeses me off is that the guy has stolen from many in this industry through charity scams and affiliate programs.
