Support doesn't get much worse than theirs...I've had numerous problems.
Their customer support people need to realize what their jobs are..."cumtomer support"...instead of trying to be as ignorant as possible to customers. I had one woman hangup on me because she couldn't help me with the problem I had...I kept asking to speak with someone else...she wouldn't transfer me and instead she said goodbye and hungup. Any customer support emails I've ever sent take at least 10 days to hear a reply...it's pathetic.

Support doesn't matter guys. What is really important is how many beers they buy at a particular show. That is the true staple of a stand-up company.
