fuck these idiots, they took over my account from ideal bandwidth and i was promised the heaven earth and everything that is inbetween.

so far after 8 downtimes this month they expect 420$ for the downtimes....

tried to reach both michael and rommel for 7 days now on icq and no-one answering. Went to live chat and im getting a few bs answers and then the guy just vanishes in thin air tried to phone them but for one or the other odd reason their number listed on the site work for me

So the only way to reach these asses seems to be to post here and rant about them.

aight two server changes, first one was a real mess needed around 4 or 5 sync to get my shit to work.

box goes down 8 times on me and then they decide to do something about it, now that box has been up now for 5 days in a row and they expect me to pay 420$ for that, thats imho bullshit.

We have been around since BEFORE Foundrynap, and have NOTHING to do with Foundrynap other than being INTERESTED in purchasing them BEFORE they tanked.

We have 0 ex-Foundrynap clients (and NEVER did), and any problems they had are 100% totally unrelated to us.

tell me one thing since i was credited for the second month why am i sent bills in the first place? then reminders and then a friendly reminderr that my box is gonna be shut off in twelve hours if i dont pay up for at least ten total hours of down time and one pretty horrible server move (the first one)

I'm another host with no interest in Alpha Red. For the record, I can say that they have nothing to do with FoundryNap and never did. I don't know about the rest of all this but I do know that is true.

lets get this str8 for the record, ideal bandwidth has made me happy for over two years, the fact that i moved was that my box wasnt able to sync thumbs anymore so i couldnt do any work anymore, that allready has been a big drama, michael took over the account to alphared and then shit really hit the fan imho.

anyways ideal bandwidth has build a good rep with me over the last two years, only one major prob (the sync prob).

for this box no, i was actually with ideal pretty happy till my sync prob occured, which btw was cured the minute alphared tech gotten in, not pointing fingers here but it did make me feel like WTF ;)

i used this box for thumbs and movie galleries and was working for two years, the last two months were simple horror, not only contact was slow with them, but also the fast that each downtime requires you to get traffic and prod back up, and on a few 5 k sites it not that hard but dealing with over 400k of thumbtraffic is a little diffrerent imho, anyways i had to buy traffic to get back up again. etc.etc. you know the drill basicly any downtime makes you lose time and money and is not good for biz in general.

Thnx to national net and yellowfiber for helping me out fast and getting stuff done fast, the change over of gooclips.com to yellowfiber (the thumbs needed to be switched ot a sub there took little under 5 minutes for my buddy Spudstr national net is now looking into getting traffic guardian back to work, since alphared turned the box of i cant get national net to get the files back, so i prolly end up buying a new script for that

how about unmanaged servers and hire a guy for $100 a month to admin for you, that way all the host has to do is deal with hardware issues and keep the box plugged in

they said the box was overloaded, this was suppoesed to be a p4 3.0 1gb of ram and sata drive,

the old box wasnt overloaded which specs were p3 800mhz 512mb and 400gb ide drive ;)
