It wasn't a promo item per se ... but RogerV when he was with PornKings had one of the best business cards. I still have it for the sole reason that it was a good idea.
My favorite stuff I ever got was stuff from CJ, I stopped getting t-shirts and such, but I still keep all my badges and fun things. Sometimes I'll grab some schwag if it's unique.
