if someone asked ME the "typical" join price for a site in the States, I'd say 29USD. I'm pricing out my site and will be going with 29USD cause that's the 'typical price".

For Euro surfers I'd just charge 29EUR if the exchange rate wasn't so fucked in favor of the EUR).

So I wanted to know if 39EUR or 29EUR was more "typical" over in Europe.

Figured a few people could reply instead of me surfing 25 sites.

i'd rather do 29 euro - 39 is quite expensive, that would equal to 50 usd

Yep, no experience with euro pricing, but I doubt that 50$ is something people are willing to pay for a porn site, except for a really rare and hard to find niche and loads of exclusive content.

Thanks, I had the math backwards. I checked finance.yahoo.com and made the 1 month join fee: 16.99 in British Pounds and 24.99 in Euros...
