Whole House FM Transmitter - Anybody?
Got a small one in the car to hook up my ipod, but this one would enable me to listen to my mp3 collection all around the house:

I just keep my main computer turned on as a file server, then I use a Xbox360 on each of the stereo systems that I want to access the MP3s and videos on.
It sounds a lot better than FM modulation with the digital output. Plus how would you switch between MP3s if you just plug your Ipod into that modulator? You'd have to go to you Ipod or computer everytime you want to change songs. I'd think it would be better to have something you could control it with in each room. |
