* Senior Programmers - Must have 4-5 years min. of programming Experience with Linux, Apache, MySQL, Shopping Cart, SQL, XML, CSS, Javascript, and HTML.

* Web Design/Production Manager - Must have 4-5 years of web design experience in all languages related to website design, good management skills to manage a team of designers.

* Website Designers - Must have a min of 3 years experience in HTML, PS, Javascript, CSS and other programming language related to web design.

You must have great communication skills, positive personality, team work oriented, organized, being able to multi-task and very responsible. Very relaxed atmosphere but you must be very hard working, dependable and have an aggressive attitude on finishing project.
