phone support for google for the past week has lead to someone will call you back in the next 24 hours

rumour has it google has no adult account rep's anymore (for real). new campaigns and domains are all suffering from the google blues lately due to teen porn concepts and other rules which are strictly enforced but not detailed or guidelined.
