OK you said stipulations plural, as in both the stipulations... I think this is still fair, there would be no value in launching solo sites with a non exclusive girl... Chloe also as a solo site already www.chloelove.com so in turn it will devalue her own site to have loads of solo sites popping up...

The value is the amount of content... and limited amount of licenses, great girlfriend/guest content... or multi model site material...
