Can anyone here recommend a good tracking program that can track every aspect of our traffic accurately and quickly?

We have had help from Google's team as well as a company that does Analytics consulting. Everytime we think we have it figured out...its still has issues.
You might be right that it's us and not Google...but Im out of solutions. I just need to get it figured out one way or the other. Im feeling like if I get a new tracking program and start from scratch, it might be better. Google support is shitty anyways.
