what kind of lawyer does this??

i setup a company online and i wanna talk to a lawyer to make sure all docs, etc are straight..

plus i also wanna open a business account and also ask the lawyer a few questions about how to handle my companys taxes.. even better yet the lawyer will handle all business taxes...

What kind of lawyer will do this for me? or do i just need a CPA?

Lawyers are not typically tax advisors nor accountants.

Tax or business lawyer. A good CPA can usually be quite useful too. I have a business lawyer who handles all sorts of different issues. Corporations, deeds, etc.

Both actually. Two different levels of expertise that can help you a lot.

I would say lawyer or paralegal to look over your paperwork. Then a CPA for everything else from that point on. Though odds are if it is all finacial paperwork (corp ect.) then just a CPA will do.

I would recommend 2 - both.

CPA / Firm to handle taxes, financials, etc.

and Counsel to handle legal matters.

To setup a corp you can do yourself and save some coin or have counsel do it.
