going offshore?
Im considering moving my buisness overseas but I've been told this can be very expensive IF you wanna do it right...somewhere in the six figure range.
Is this true? If so, what exactly is it that cost so much? Can ayone recommend some decent companies that specialize in setting up businesses overseas? any feedback would be much appreciated ![]() |

Well if you want to do it legally then you move it to a tax haven that has a tax treaty with the country you are in, one of these is barbados, I think they have a 2.5% corporate tax. The cost depends on your company setup, a new company shouldnt cost more than a few grand but for an existing one you have to actually make sure you move enough of the company out of your country for it to be considered as a tax subject in the offshore jurisdiction and not in yours.
