Another iBill? What's up with 365 Billing?

Do any of you know what's going on with 365 Billing? I heard that they just lost their US merchant account the other day and are looking for a replacement.

Any news would be a big help as I process with them.

Hmm this is the first I've heard of this. What is your source?

I spoke with Dan directly from 365. He gave me the official word today, but I wanted to see if anyone else had any insider details. I am looking at a few options.

the sale was probably batched without approval

if true - they're probably trying like hell to convince someone to give them a new account quickly and then run the batches

No - I had to pry the info out of him, although I can say that he is trying very hard to get me setup with my own merchant account (I have a lesbian dating site) and use Jettis as the gateway. As a last resort - he offered to export my rebills to a processor of my choice.

Hi,

I am sorry that 365 is having problems.
However....

We can setup adult merchant accounts in 3 days and have you ready to go when the account goes live. We have been in business for 9 years. We are the leading merchant services processor in this industry.

Let me know if we may be of assistance.

Thank you, Mitch Farber

Interesting news. I'd wait for an announcement before jumping to conclusions though. It may very well be true, but I've learned to be careful what you read on the boards.

I'm not suggesting that 365 is headed down the tubes, but I can say that I have not processed a new sale or rebill in more than 3 days now. The one good thing I can say is that they are working hard to find me an alternative with their partner/parent Jettis. I'm just concerned because as a 365 client, I'm sure I'm not getting the full story and we don't truly know the financial health of the company long-term. I'm just crossing my fingers that this will works its way out in a positive way.

Whatever the case may be with 365, i may be thinking it's a good thing no one from their office responded to any of my inquiries about using them to process payments for my paysites.

the best business advice you'll ever hear is ... DIVERSIFY

I just spoke with Jeff the "former" CEO of 365 Billing and he comfirmed it as well. He said that they are working with Inteca to get all monies returned to webmasters over the next few weeks.
