Epassporte = WORST SUPPORT EVER
I realize this is already known....but I need to vent for a minute....
So, about 2 weeks ago our Epassporte was disabled because they wanted some additional documents from us (sent to our epass msg center and we didn't see it...our fault). We sent in the documents as requested. I called in and sat on hold for 1hr 15 minutes in order to talk to some guy that gave a bad name to ebonics. I was thinking that if I sent and then followed up maybe I could push it through and get our account reactivated. No dice, I was told it would take up to 5 business days...FINE After 5 business days I send out an email from msg center requesting that they confirm that they received all my docs. I get this response today... > To further escalate your verification process can you please provide the > fax number used, the number of pages sent and the date the fax was sent? > With this information Sir we can make the process faster. Thanks! So I need to fax you the info and then check in with you and then tell you how to mind the fax that was sent to you? UGGGGHHHHHHHH! 1) You guys need more phone support agents so that people dont have to sit on the phone for 1hr 15 minutes. Thats rediculous 2) You guys need more email support agents so that it doesnt take 5 days just to get a stupid bordering on retarted response. 3) If your business model does not support a budget for that high of support costs...THEN DONT DEACTIVATE PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS ------END RANT---------- |

Epass double charged me for my Southwest tickets due to a FLAW in their software!
They said, up to 7 days to get MY FUCKING MONEY back!
