Where can I get metal tubes like this
 I could use some of these built into the wall of the shower. Its easy to bust your ass on the tile when you are hitting it with the fierceness in there. It seems to have a nice brushed finish to match the metal faucets and knobs. Anyone know where I can get some?

Look for a metal fabricating shop in your local phone book, should be a few of them. May have to look for a welding shop, call them and ask about it.
