ah, net neutrality. even if this does happen, and internet carriers "slow" down sites who aren't paying them they would lose a ton of customers. while most people do surf and buy from big business websites, they also spend probably the majority of their time on other sites as well. any carrier who came along and gave no priority to any one site would get the majority of customers, in my opinion.
