I've been asked to help an established porn star find a new webmaster. She's currently making $5k /month with her site and is splitting it 50% with her webmaster. She's big in her niche and wants a better deal with a better webmaster.

That's way too much. If she's doing CCBill, she can likely hire out (iwebmasters?) for updates, then just hire and admin on call if she has any server issues.
